Press 2x bearings into each bogie side.
The bearings don't need to be glued, but can be if required.
Repeat for both sides.
Also repeat the following steps for both bogies.
Wheel Alignment Tool
File, Knife or Sandpaper
2x 50 mm Axles
4x Wheels
Remove any rough edges from the wheels.
Press 2x wheels onto each axle.
The wheel alignment tool should help position the wheels correctly, but they may need slight adjustment to run perfectly.

2x M3 x 12 mm Button Screws
1x Bogie Side (from Step 1)
1x Bogie Beam
Attach the bogie beam to one of the bogie sides with 2x M3 x 12 mm button head screws.
Take care not to over-tighten the screws.
2 mm Allen Key
2x M3 x 12 mm Button Screws
1x Bogie Side (from Step 1)
2x Wheelsets (from Step 2)
Bogie Side + Beam (from Step 3)
Insert the 2 wheelsets into the bogie + beam assembly from step 4.3.
Add the 2nd bogie side and secure with 2x M3 x 12 mm button head screws.
Take care not to over-tighten the screws.
2.5 mm Allen Key
1x M4 x 14 mm Button Screw
1x M4 Washer
2x M8 Washers
1x M4 Locking Nut
1x Pivot Beam
1x Bogie (from Step 4.4)
Insert the M4 screw into the M4 washer, then into the top of the pivot beam.
Add one M8 washer to the underside of the pivot beam and the other M8 washer to the top of the bogie.
Join the pivot beam and the bogie and secure with an M4 locking nut. Tighten so that the pivot rotates freely.
Repeat steps 4.1 to 4.5 for the second bogie.

4x M3 x 6 mm Screws
2x Bogies (from Step 4.5)
1x Wagon Body (from Step 3.5)
Attach one of the bogies to the underside of the wagon base with 2x M3 x 6 mm screws/bolts.
Repeat for the second bogie.
