2 mm Allen Key
2x Chassis Beams
2x Centre Beam Spacers
2x End Beam Spacers
8x M3 x 12 mm Button Screws
8x M3 Nuts
Attach the 2 centre beam spacers to the beams using 4x button screws and 4x nuts.
Attach each end beam spacer to the beams using 4x button screws and 4x nuts. Make sure the flat sides face outwards.
The centre beam spacers are designed to hold weights (available from Wickes ) if extra stability is needed.
Glue
1x Base
1x Chassis (from Step 1.1)
Glue the base to the chassis.
Avoid glueing the centre spacers as these may need to be loosened to add weights.
5.5 mm Spanner or Small Pliers
1x Base + Chassis (from Step 1.2)
2x Centre Buffers
2x Buffer Beams
Screw a buffer into one of the buffer beams until the thread protrudes out the back slightly.
Line the buffer thread up with the hole in one end spacer of the chassis.
Add the nut to the back of the end spacer and screw the buffer up tightly.
Repeat for the other end.
The buffer beams can also be glued to the chassis end spacers.
